Reservation

Higher Ground Melbourne takes BREAKFAST reservations on weekdays only between 7.00am - 10.00am for groups of 6 or more. DINNER reservations can be made for groups from 1 to 14 people on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights from 4.00pm to 9.00pm. Higher Ground does not take reservations for lunch on weekdays or breakfast & lunch on weekends.

World’s Top 50

World’s Top 50.

Last month Higher Ground was privileged to host some of the world’s best chef’s during an exclusive private event for Luke Mangan and the Electrolux, Appetitie for Excellence awards. The event was held as part of the World’s Top 50 restaurant awards which Melbourne played host to during the first week in April.

Daniel Humm (11 Madison Park), Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana), Peter Gilmore (Quay) and Brett Graham (The Ledbury) all took part in talks to inspire the next generation of young chefs.

A three course lunch followed the talks served courtesy of Zac Furst (Idea), Aaron Ward (Six Penny) and Emma Shearer (The Lost Loaf) all who have all won awards through the Appetite for Excellence Awards.
